Jeanstore offered good prices and the jeans supplied were just what I needed, but delivery was slow. This makes you wonder if your order has gone astray. I think I might pay a bit more for faster delivery another time, if available.

Delivery and return was conducted well but jeans I received were labelled as 36 waist, but when I measured them they were 34, so too tight.

Perfect service, fast delivery

You have complete control how it is handled in transit if you package items correctly. This should be boxed not taped up like a pair of socks. I find your attitude ugly and you fear criticism. The fault here is down to you alone, dont put and expensive item in a plastic bag. Look at yourself and rather than point at others point at yourself because all in all you're an idiot.

Easy to navigate site and prompt delivery

I purchased a pair of dr Martin boots for my partner size 6. These were slightly too small so will swap for a 6.5 then found that Jean store don’t stock half sizes like most other retailers. Now I’m left with a gift voucher to buy something else from Jean store but there’s nothing I need. Full refund to card would of been the best option as I requested with the return or a size 6.5 in the boots. Not a voucher that I’m stuck with until I can finally find something worth spending it on or worse case it expires.
